Well, a skinny one that is. I'm reading "Skinny Bitch" by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin.
I must say these girls talk in a language only sailors could understand (if you know what I mean) but they get to the core of becoming healthy and well, pardon my french, a skinny bitch!

They get down to the nitty-gritty and are straight forward. They are also pretty funny and that's a plus!
A recommended read!!
